Deliveries to NI, ROI, Highlands, Islands etc. are expected to take one extra working day. For estimated shipping times of European and International orders, please see the table at the top of this page.

We aim to deliver your package within 2-5 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often 6-10 days). The best way to find out when your item should be expected is to either;

We appreciate that when you place your order, you will need it quickly, properly packed and with all the goods present and intact. This we always endeavour to do by treating every order individually and working on the basis that if you are happy with your order, you will use us again and have no hesitation in recommending us to others.

We update our stock as frequently as possible, however, if an item you purchase has to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, the above delivery times will vary slightly depending on the product. Please note the delivery expectation displayed on each product page, for a more accurate expectation.

If an item you purchase is out of stock with us or the manufacturer, the above delivery times will not take into account the time it will take for the item to become available again. In this situation, we will contact you directly to inform you of likely delivery times and offer you the option for a full refund if you are not completely happy with the expected delivery date.

Our Standard Carrier is DPD, however, should you specify that you require your goods to be delivered by another method (i.e. Post or an alternative carrier) we are happy to consider this.

How much does delivery cost?

A delivery charge of £5.00 ex VAT applies for all orders to UK Mainland. Please see our delivery options above for full details.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, there is an option on the checkout procedure to set an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery is being made?
We require all parcels to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anybody at the delivery address. If there is nobody in when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card by the couriers which will have instructions on how to receive the parcel.

Can my parcel be left with a neighbour?
No, unfortunately, our couriers require a signature as proof of delivery, they are unable to leave parcels without one, unless requested.

When will I receive my goods?
If your order is placed before 12 noon on a weekday and the items are in stock, it will be dispatched the same working day delivery. (Exclusions apply) Please see individual Delivery Expectation flags on the product pages for delivery guidelines. 

What time will my delivery be?

Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm.

I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, can you get other products?
Yes, please see our brands and products page for an extensive range of products we currently supply. Please call or email us with your requirements and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price and availability.

Are all of your items in stock?
We do keep a large volume of products in stock. However, in order for us to offer you very competitive pricing and an extensive range of products, we buy many of our items directly from the manufacturer.

If some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock, what happens?
We will send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered lines to arrive (there will be no additional delivery charge for this). We will also contact you with a delivery expectation for any back ordered items and you are free to opt for a partial refund if the wait is too long for your needs.

How will I know when an out of stock item is ready for me?
If you choose to leave an out of stock item on Back Order we will maintain regular contact with you to update you on its progress.
