Most UK DPD. You will receive an email or text message on the morning of your delivery, stating your 1hour delivery slot. Not suitable? Choose from a number of options to ensure your delivery doesn't fail.           

We aim to deliver your package within 2-5 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often 6-10 days). The best way to find out when your item should be expected is to refer to the expected delivery times stated on the product page.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, there is an option on the checkout procedure to set an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery is being made?

We require all parcels to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anybody at the delivery address. If there is nobody in when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card by the couriers which will have instructions on how to receive the parcel.

Can my parcel be left with a neighbour?

Yes, you can arrange for your parcel to be left with your neighbour, you can do this by entering your tracking number which we will send to you once your order has been processed. 

When will I receive my goods?

If your order is placed before 12 noon on a weekday and the items are in stock, it will be dispatched the same working day for delivery on the next working day. (Exclusions apply) Please see individual Delivery Expectation flags on the product pages for delivery guidelines. 

What time will my delivery be?

Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm.

I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, can you get other products?

Yes, please see our brands and products page for an extensive range of products we currently supply. Please call or email us with your requirements and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price and availability.

Are all of your items in stock?

We do keep a large volume of products in stock. However, in order for us to offer you very competitive pricing and an extensive range of products, we buy many of our items directly from the manufacturer.

If some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock, what happens?

We will send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered lines to arrive (there will be no additional delivery charge for this). We will also contact you with a delivery expectation for any back ordered items and you are free to opt for a partial refund if the wait is too long for your needs.

How will I know when an out of stock item is ready for me?

If you choose to leave an out of stock item on Back Order we will maintain regular contact with you to update you on its progress.
